My name is Anna and I'll be showing you how Sprout's Employee Advocacy reports help you prove ROI and fine-tune your strategy. Let's walk through all five reporting tabs available to you. We'll start with the General report, which is your high-level overview. Use it to track active stories, total shares, and potential reach. This is also where you'll find your estimated Earned Media Value — a key metric for leadership to see the cost savings of organic advocacy versus paid ads. Moving to the Content report, this breaks down performance by story. You can see which topics drive the most views and engagements, view shareable versus internal stories, and get a detailed breakdown of content performance. The Curator report pairs well with the Content report. It tracks the volume of stories added by your team into the Advocacy platform and is the best way to see which curators are fueling your feed with the most impactful content. Next is the User report, which tracks participation at the individual and team level. You'll see exactly who is sharing and which teams are the most active, with both a team-level breakdown and an individual breakdown of each user's results. For a bit of healthy competition, there's the Leaderboard report, which ranks your top advocates based on points, shares, or reach — perfect for monthly recognition programs. Finally, the Distribution report shows how your employees are interacting with your digests, newsletters, and broadcasts. By monitoring open and click rates, you can ensure your internal updates are actually reaching your team before they hit social media. All of these reports can be filtered by team, topic, or date using the filters at the top. If you need to work with the data outside of the platform, hit Export to download a CSV. With Advocacy reports, you can stop guessing what's working and start proving it — head to the Reports tab now and uncover the hidden ROI of your company's voice.
